POUND-CAKE-RECIPE

Bundt cake is a cake from the United States. It takes its name from the mold in which it is made, the Pan Bundt. This mold is in large part what makes this dessert a success, the round and fluted shaped mold making all your guests’ eyes sparkle when serving.

Ingredients

  • +icing sugar

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 150 gm powdered sugar

  • +lemon cake

  • 1 c. 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

  • 280 grams of flour

  • 145 g butter

  • 150 gm powdered sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 280 ml milk

  • 2 tbsp. coffee baking powder

  • 1 lemon peel

  • lemon juice juice

  • Directions :

Preheat oven to 180 ° C also grease cake pan with grease-releasing spray, or by applying a layer of butter and then flour.

In a bowl, beat the eggs for one minute.

Then add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, lemon peel and juice and mix again.

Add milk and melted butter as well.

In other bowl, blend the dried ingredients, flour, baking powder, also salt.

Combine the dried ingredients in first mix.

Pour blend to cake pan also baking about 30-35 min .

Check for doneness with a cake tester or knife blade.

Let it cool for a few minutes before removing the cake pan and let it cool completely on the cake rack.

Put the icing sugar in a bowl and pour in the lemon juice little by little while mixing with a fork.

The icing should be a little runny and thick, and it should be just enough but not so much that it sticks to the cake.

If it is too liquid add icing sugar and if it is too thick add liquid
