Amazing Ever Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • 470g of sirloin, I cut thin slices opposite the grains.

  • 1 bell red pepper cut to thin slices.

  • 1 pepper green , cut to thin slices.

  • 1/4 c low-sodium sauce soy.

  • 4 tablespoons of packed brown sugar.

  • 3 crushed garlic cloves.

  • 2 tsp rice wine / vinegar.

  • 2 tablespoons divided vegetable oil.

  • 1 tsp of chop ginger.

  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

  • sea ​​salt.

  • Freshly ground black pepper.

Step 1:
To get the right sauce quality, I mixed the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl and mixed it all together.

Step 2: I heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat, and when the oil is very hot, put the tenderloin in the pan.

Step 3: I then seasoned with salt and let it cool for 8 minutes or until all sides were charred.
