At a nearby Chinese restaurant, I still order bell pepper slices and this is one of my favorites.In just a few minutes, this handcrafted version is ready and tastes great.Nothing replaces a delicious Asian meal that’s not only easy to prepare but tastier than eating out.

470g of sirloin, I cut thin slices opposite the grains.
1 bell red pepper cut to thin slices.
1 pepper green , cut to thin slices.
1/4 c low-sodium sauce soy.
4 tablespoons of packed brown sugar.
3 crushed garlic cloves.
2 tsp rice wine / vinegar.
2 tablespoons divided vegetable oil.
1 tsp of chop ginger.
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
Freshly ground black pepper.
I utilize cooked white rice about serve .
To get the right sauce quality, I mixed the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch in a large bowl and mixed it all together.
Step 2: I heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat, and when the oil is very hot, put the tenderloin in the pan.
Step 3: I then seasoned with salt and let it cool for 8 minutes or until all sides were charred.
The fourth step:
After the sirloin was cooked, I transferred it to a plate.
Fifth step: And I put the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same frying pan with green chili.
Step 6: Until tender within 6 minutes, add garlic and ginger, stir well and simmer until softened.
Step 7: Next, put the meat in the pan, pour over the sauce prepared above, simmer, mix well until the sauce becomes glossy, about 15 minutes.Step 8: When ready, I remove it from the stove and add the rice for cooking.
