AMAZING RESTAURANT-STYLE FRIED RICE

The best fried rice. This easy fried rice is full of veggies and only takes 20 minutes to make! So much better and healthier than eating out!

*Ingredients :

Β° 2 cups enriched white rice
Β° 4 cups of water
Β° Β½ cup chopped small carrots
Β° Β½ cup frozen green peas
Β° 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Β° 2 large eggs
Β° 3 tablespoons soy sauce, to taste
Β° 2 tsp sesame oil, to flavor

  • Methods :

Step 1: Wash and rinse the rice 3 times.
Step 2: Put the pot on the stove and add the washed rice.
Step 3: Pour enough water to submerge and cover the rice.
Step 4: Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
Step 5: Put another pot on the stove and pour out the water.
Step 6: Bring the mixture to a boil and add the carrots. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Add peas and remove from heat. Strain and set aside.
Step 7: Place a frying pan on the stove and raise the temperature.
Step 8: Pour enough oil and then add the carrots and peas. Stir and cook for 30 seconds.
Step 9: Beat the eggs and stir quickly to scramble.
Step 10: Add the cooked rice and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 11: Sprinkle with sesame oil.
