What You Need:
4 apples
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. caramel
2 T. milk
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped pecans
How To Make:
- In bowl add water and lemon juice. Soak cut apples in lemon water for a few mins, make sure all apples get wet. Arrange on serving plate.
- Warm caramel in microwave bowl for 30 sec. Stir in milk. Caramel should run off of a spoon, if not, heat 10 more sec.
- Drizzle caramel over apples. Sprinkle on chocolate chips & pecans.
