Beef && broccoli!

Quick delicious meal in 30 minutes🀀


Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced steak
EVOO
1 lb broccoli florets
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2-3 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Black/red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions

1/2 lb. Chinese noodles cooked per box instructions (No salt is needed in the boiling water as the soy sauce is already salty and the noodles will have enough to absorb from that)

Combine soy sauce oyster sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger in a bowl, mix well and set aside.

Combine water and cornstarch……add to the sauce, set aside

Place wok/pan on medium high heat and add a Tbsp sesame oil, add brocolli and stir/toss for 3-4 minutes until bright green and lightly tender/crisp. Remove from pan and set aside.


Turn heat to high and add remaining sesame oil, add beef and cook while constantly stirring for about 2 to 3 min just until brown/done (doesn’t take long, meat will be tender)


Add sauce, reduce heat to med/low add brocolli, simmer 3 minutes and serve with your choice of noodles/rice or simply
