Beef Tips & Gravy Or Stewed Beef With Gravy

A bath of dark chocolate with chili makes every bite a unique taste experience.

  • Ingredients :

ยฐbutter roasting
ยฐ800g beef broth (like shoulder)
ยฐ2 tablespoons flour
ยฐ0.75 teaspoon salt
ยฐa little pepper
ยฐ1 onion finely chopped
ยฐ1 deciliter of red wine
ยฐ3 dl beef broth
ยฐ1 clove
ยฐ50 gm finely chopped dark chocolate
ยฐ0.25 teaspoon chili flakes
ยฐsalt to taste

  • How it is made:

Heat a little butter to roast it in a casserole dish. Stew sear for approx. 2 minutes per serving, sprinkle with a little more flour, lift, and season with salt and pepper. Reduce the heat, drain the bottom of the pan, and add a vent. A little butter for frying.

Fry onions, moisten with wine, reduce by half. Add the broth and cloves and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, return the stew and simmer for about a while. 13/4 hour covered on low heat. Remove the casserole from the fire.

Add the chocolate and melt, stirring, add the pepper flakes and adjust the seasoning to salt.

++Additional information :

Prepare soup almost without chocolate. A day in advance, let cool, cover in refrigerator. Heat the soup well, add the chocolate, finish the preparation.

White polenta, parmentier gratin, mashed potatoes, green beans.
