Cajun Pot Pie


Rotisserie chicken
Chicken Bullion powder
Onion and garlic powder
Cajun Seasoning- Any Kind, I use Tony’s or Slap Yo Mama
Flour, butter- for the roux
Carrots and Broccoli
Shrimp and Chicken
Red Lobster Biscuit Mix
Heavy cream


I sometimes add a swirl pasta!

Make a roux(gravy base) add onions , garlic and all seasonings, water(not much. A cup maybe). Stir like you are making a gravy. Add heavy cream. You are making a Cajun Alfredo Sauce. Add in the pulled Chicken, and vegetables. Simmer for a bit.

Add to a loaf pan

Make biscuit mix like box directs. Add to the top Bake @400 f 45 mins or until the topping is golden brown . Top with garlic butter.
