This is my favorite recipe since childhood. I especially love potatoes!
5 pieces of pork
1 onion, quartered, & tranched
5 sweet potatoes, peeled and finely chopped
2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
- Directions :
Preheat oven 350°F (175°C).
Place diced potatoes and sliced onions in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish; Mix gently. Cover potatoes and onions with cheese. Fill half the plate with milk. Put the butter in several places on top of the cheese. Lay the pork chops on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake about 60 min or to potatoes are tender. Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking process.
