Easy, Peasy Three Ingredient Creamy Tomato Roasted Red Pepper Soup


32 oz Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup
5 oz goat cheese
freshly ground pepper
shredded Parmesan cheese, optional


Pour soup into a large saucepan.

Add goat cheese.

Bring soup to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Lower heat, simmer until cheese is completely melted and soup is smooth, creamy and heated through.

Serve with freshly ground pepper.

Top with a pinch of shredded Parmesan cheese if desired.
