farmer’s pot with minced meat potatoes

Hello my dear ones☺️

Today there is a hearty farmer’s pot with minced meat😋 potatoes🥔 paprika🌶 and lots of spices that make this dish incredibly delicious☺️

And that’s how it’s done

  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 red / colored peppers diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 large Asia Solo clove of garlic, pressed
  • 700 g of pureed tomatoes
  • 400 ml of water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable stock powder (Tellofix)
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 tbsp hot smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp mildly smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon gyros spice
  • 1 tbsp Peppers Smokey Stuff from (definitely try it👍)
  • 4 dried bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ✅Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces
  • ✅ Cut the onions into small cubes and cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces
  • ✅ heat a large deep pan / pot with a lid (here I took the pan from 👍 add some sunflower oil, fry the minced meat in it and season it with a little salt and freshly ground pepper from the mill
  • ✅ Now add the diced onion and the freshly squeezed clove of garlic, sauté everything briefly and add the tomato paste then add the peppers and let them fry a little now add the diced potatoes, the tomatoes, the water, the spices and the sugar let the farmer’s pot simmer with the lid on for about 35-45 minutes until the potatoes are soft (stir every now and then)
  • Add fresh baguette and your farmer’s pot is ready
  • 👍You can also cook it the day before and warm it up the next day, so it is well done and it tastes great too 🥰
