Fresh Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 leaves lettuce, cut

  • 4 tsps fish sauce

  • 1/4 mug water

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 clove garlic, diced

  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic chili sauce

  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 1 teaspoon carefully chopped peanuts

Directions


Step 1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to steam. Steam rice vermicelli 3 to 5 mins, or until al dente, and also drainpipe.
Step 2. Fill a large dish with cozy water. Dip one wrapper into the hot water for 1 2nd to soften. Lay wrapper flat.
