1 pack of dry yeast
5 tbsp olive oil
250 g feta cheese
600 g of flour
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
120 g Kasseri cheese
- First put the flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl and mix well. Then add water and oil and knead into a sticky dough. Cover and let rise twice in a warm place.
- In the meantime, brush a tray with olive oil. For the night, crumble the cheese and knead 2/3 of it into the risen dough.
- Now place the dough on the tray and press it flat. Then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and oregano. Put in the preheated oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
