Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins


1 cup Cheese (Shredded)
¼ cup Green onions (Chopped)
6 oz. Cubed ham
¼ tsp. Garlic powder
12 Large eggs
½ cup Milk
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and spray the sections of a muffin tin well.

Place the green onions, cubed ham and half of the cheese into the sections of the muffin tin.

Whisk together the milk, eggs and garlic powder as well as salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the muffin tin sections with the egg mixture.

Sprinkle the cheese that remains on top of the egg cups.

Bake for 30 minutes, and let cool 10 minutes before serving.
