INGREDIENTS:
600 to 800 grams of blackberries
150 grams flour
80g fine sugar + 2 tablespoons
80 grams margarine
50 grams coconut
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons milk or vegetable milk
METHOD:
Wash the blackberries well and channel them well. Place in an ovenproof dish (in a perfect world: a pie plate), then, at that point, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Blend and put away.
In a bowl, place the flour, sugar, coconut, baking powder, margarine 3D squares and coconut. Blend by hand until the mixture is half shortbread and half minimized.
Gather milk and blend everything into a single unit.
Then, at that point, pass on it to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Toward the finish of this time, gather the batter. Cut little bits of batter the size of a pecan. Fold it into a ball and squash it with the center of your hand to shape plates around 4 cm in width (**). Cover the blackberries with these circles.
Prepare for 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Serve warm or at room temperature (I for one favor tepid).
Enjoy !
