Homemade green bean sausage potato casserole

I recently discovered One Pan and love it!! These recipes are very easy and quick to prepare as all the ingredients are collected on a large baking sheet and everything is cooked together. Add plenty of seasonal veggies and whatever else you want, then drizzle with olive oil and spices.

Ingredients

  • 400 gm small potatoes or fingers

  • 200 gm green beans

  • 1 small broccoli

  • 2 red peppers

  • 6 smoked sausage

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic semolina

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • olive oil

  • Salt and Pepper

  • directions :

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half without peeling them. Remove the stems from the green beans. Separate the florets from the broccoli. Peel and seed the pepper, then cut it into slices. Cut the sausage into thick slices.
Prepare 1 or 2 baking sheets covered with baking paper and place potatoes, green beans, broccoli, red pepper, and sausage on them. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika, garlic and dried oregano semolina. Add salt and pepper.

Bake the vegetable and sausage dish(s) for 25 to 30 minutes, turning and inverting halfway through the cooking process. Served with quinoa or rice.
