Homemade White Castle Sliders


1 1/2 lb Hamburger
12 Slider Buns
24 Pickle Slices
1/2 tsp Seasoning Salt
6 slices Cheese
Ketchup optional
Mustard optional
1 1/2 tbsp Onion Flakes


Sprinkle your dried onion flakes onto the bottom of your pan.

Place the ground hamburger in between two sheets of wax paper and use a rolling pin to flatten it out.

After you place the flattened hamburger into the pan on top of the onion flakes, be sure to push it to the edges.

Sprinkle with some seasoning salt and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

When they are done baking, line the top of the hamburger with slices of American cheese.

Then cut into 12 little sliders and put them on a bun. I tried to do this as quickly as possible because I wanted to get the sliders out of the grease they were sitting in.

Add a pickle to each on and some ketchup and mustard and enjoy!
