KETO RASPBERRY MOJITO 

INGREDIENTS

6 fresh mint leaves
1/4 lime, cut into wedges
2 Tbsp fresh raspberries
1/2 Tbsp granulated stevia
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 cup club soda
Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the mint, lime, stevia and half of the berries in a cocktail glass. Use the muddler to squash the ingredients and release the flavours.
  2. Top with rum, club soda, ice cubes and remaining berries. Serve with a fresh sprig of mint.
