Lasagna recipe

Discover the recipe for lasagna, one of the Italian dishes that everyone loves. A simple recipe to follow even if it takes some time.


  • 1⁄2 liter milk

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 125 grams butter
    Bolognese sauce

  • 600g of Bolognese sauce (ready like Panzani)

  • Lasagna pasta (no precooked)

  • 350 g minced meat

  • 1 onion

  • 100g grated Gruyere

  • Preparation :

Step 1
Cut the onions into small pieces and fry in olive oil.

The second step
When the onions are well cooked, add 350 g of minced meat.

Cooking on medium heat, & adding bolognese-sauce.

Step 4
Prepare the bechamel. Melt the butter over a high heat.

Step 5
Once melted, add 2 tablespoons of flour and stir with a whisk over medium heat.

Step 6
When the mixture is homogeneous (very fast), gradually add the milk without stopping to whisk to avoid lumps.

Step 7
Keep stirring until the bΓ©chamel thickens.

Step 8
Mix the pre-made bolognese sauce with the bΓ©chamel sauce.

Step 9
Then in a gratin dish we pour a layer of this preparation and then cover it with lasagna dough. Repeat the same until all the sauce is used up (about twice).

The last layer should be a layer of sauce. Add the grated Gruyere and cook for 45 minutes at 180 degrees (6).

Step 11
To check if the lasagna is done, prick it with a knife, the lasagna noodles should be soft, so you should dip the knife inside without any problem.
