Lasagna

Ingredients :


1 (16 ounce) package pasta noodles
1/2 extra pound ground pork
1/2 pound lean hamburger
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon sliced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, squashed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 mug minced onion
⅛ tsp white sugar
1 1/2 tsps dried out basil
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 extra pound tiny curd cottage cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions :

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 levels C). Bring a big pot of gently salty water to a boil. Include noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or till al dente; drain and alloted.

Step 2
Location pork and beef in a huge, deep skillet. Cook over medium high warm until equally brown. Stir in tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, parsley, garlic, oregano, onion, sugar, basil and salt. Simmer over medium-low warm for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3
In a big dish, combine cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.

Step 4
In a 9×13 inch baking recipe, area 2 layers of noodles under of meal; layer 1/2 of celebrity mixture, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese as well as 1/2 of the sauce; repeat layers.

Step 5
Cover with light weight aluminum foil as well as bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 mins. Get rid of foil and cook for an additional 5 to 10 mins; let stand for 10 mins before cutting; serve.
