* Ingredients :
1 kg of cucumber
1 large onion
400 grams of dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
* Preparation :
Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut it in half lengthwise. seeds them. Cut each half into 1 cm sections.
Peel the onions and cut into slices.
In a very hot skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Fry the onion slices in it.
Add the cucumbers to the pan and saute them for one minute. Add the herbs of Provence. Add salt and pepper.
