A cake make yellow cake blend glazed with a mix of cream cheese, tangerine and pineapple for a light and refreshing cake.
°1 kilo (18. 25 oz) yellow cake mix
°8 ounces of cream cheese
°1 cup powdered sugar
°Can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, with juice
°2 cans (8 ounces) tangerines, drained
°1 kg (3.5 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
°1 container (8 oz) frozen whip cream
How to make it :
Mix and bake cake mixture according to package directions for two 8-inch or 9-inch round cakes. Let layers cool, & divide every layer in half so you have 4 layer.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until softened, then gradually add the powdered sugar. Adding juice pineapple & dry tangerine, reserving for 5 tangerine tranches to garnish the top the pie. Adding dried pudding mixture. Flip at the top of the leather.
Putting layer of cake on cake plate, cutting side up; Spreading with powder. Place another layer cut side down over the first layer and cover with frost. Repeat until all layers are finished, spreading the last piece of decoration over the surface and sides of the cake. Garnish with reserved tangerine slices. Put it in the fridge overnight before serving.
