No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

Β° 8 ounces soft cream cheese

Β° 8 ounces of baby shower shake

Β° 14-16 large ounces crushed pineapple, drained

Β° 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar

Β° 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

Β° 1/2 cup shredded coconut for garnish.

Β° 1 1/2 cups graham crackers

Β° 1/3 cup sugar

Β° Half a cup of melted butter

For the crust: Mix the graham crackers with the sugar. Add the melted butter and stir until well combined. Press into an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch skillet.

Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the soft cheese and confectioners’ sugar until very smooth

Beat in a basin of whipped cream. Then add the drained pineapple.

Spread the filling over the crust. Cover with pineapple pieces and sprinkle with coconut.

Cool well – at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
