°500 g macaroni (spaghetti)
°2 grated tomatoes
°3 grated garlic cloves
°2 tablespoons tomato concentrate
°laurel / thyme
°3 tablespoons of oil
°grated cheese at will
- Steps :
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the grated tomato, tomato concentrate, crushed garlic, bay leaf/thyme, pepper/salt and simmer for 5 minutes, then add 1 cup of hot water and bring to a simmer.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water.
Take out the Al dente pasta and dip it in the sauce until it is done cooking, and if water is needed, don’t hesitate to use the pasta cooking water.
Serve spaghetti with hot tomato sauce and grated cheese.
