60 grams of sugar
450 grams of flour
250 grams of quark
220 ml of lukewarm milk
° a little salt
° 70 grams of butter
° 1 cube of fresh yeast
° 2-3 drops of bitter almond flavor
° Rapeseed oil for frying
° 1 packet of vanilla sugar
° Icing sugar for sprinkling
- Prepare :
- First we put the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Then mix the milk with the butter well until it has melted.
- Now crumble the yeast in the well, add a pinch of milk mixture and stir in the sugar with a spoon. Cover the mixture with a little flour and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Now stir the remaining ingredients until the batter comes out of the bowl and let the batter rest in a warm place for 30 to 40 minutes until it has doubled.
- Now knead the dough again and roll out approx. 1.5 cm. Finally, we cut the dough into small squares and cook it in small portions in a saucepan with hot fat.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let it taste good! It tastes better warm!
