Quick, easy, tasty Vegetable stir fry

Ingredients

Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Minced garlic
Fresh grated ginger
Cornstarch
Sea salt
Red pepper flakes
Fresh cracked pepper

Squash
Zucchini
Cut Corn on the cob
Onions
Bell pepper
Carrots
Sugar snap peas
Brocolli
Cauliflower

Instructions

Add about 2 tablespoons sesame oil to a med high heated wok

Add the onions and peppers stir for a minute or so then add in the corn snap peas, carrots. Continue to stir for another 2 or 3 minutes then add the remaining vegetables.
Stir for several more minutes then cover with the sauce. Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from heat
Serve as is or with your favorite Asian noodles or over hot white rice

I didn’t measure anything, Use your judgement as to how much of what you would like.
