Roast Potatoes, Carrot and onions

Ingredients

  • 800 g Carrots

  • 800 g fingerling potatoes

  • 4 thin slices of smoked bacon

  • 1 small bunch of chives

  • 2 green onions

  • 1 C. old-fashioned mustard

  • 10 cl Dry white wine

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 C. Honey

  • Salt and pepper from the mill

  • Methods :

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Wash and cut the carrots and potatoes in 4 lengthwise.

In a bowl, combine the white wine, honey and old-fashioned mustard, salt and pepper.

Place the vegetables in an oiled dish, sprinkle with the mustard mixture and toss to coat them completely. Cover the dish with a sheet of baking paper and bake for 20 min. Remove the baking paper and mix again. Extend cooking, uncovered, for 20 minutes.

Heat a frying pan and grill the bacon slices for 1 min on each side. Remove on absorbent paper, then roughly chop them. Peel and slice the onions. Wash, dry and chop the chives.

When ready to serve, distribute the bacon, onion and chives over the top of the dish, and enjoy immediately.
