Salmon with vegetables with Cookeo

Ingredients

400 g salmon
100 g of green beans
100 g cherry tomatoes
2 red and yellow bell peppers
1 zucchini
1 carrot
Du persil
Oil
1 glass of water
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Start by cutting the tomatoes in half, the zucchini and the carrots into slices, peppers, and beans into pieces, and then place everything in the cookeo.

Lay the salmon on top of the vegetables and pour over the oil , the salt, the pepper and the water, and then set quick-cooking under pressure for 10 minutes.

Add the persil cut and serve your salmon with vegetables warm.
