Samp Beef stew and Betroot

Ingredients:

2cups of samp Pride Maize
1 sachet of all in one chicken seasoning Knorrox
2tablespoon of dried parsley
2tablespoon of butter
2tablespoon of cream of mushrooms soup

METHOD:

Soak your samp overnight with cold water

In the morning rinse you samp and put in an open pot

Pour water and cook until almost ready

Pour in all your ingredients

Close the lid and allow to simmer on medium heat until ready
