Weight Watchers Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

3 Plum tomatoes chopped
¼ Large red onion finely chopped
3 Tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro
½ Large jalapeno deseeded and finely chopped
Juice from half of a lime
2 tsp. Minced garlic
¼ tsp. Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients as indicated above.
Add the tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeno to a mixing bowl.
Squeeze the juice from half of a lime over the mixture.
Sprinkle on the cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the ingredients together well and serve immediately or chill for several hours if preferred.
